Please take a moment to read over our shipping / selling policy before bidding. Also, please check the “Ask Seller A Question” area as we have some FAQ’s listed there. THANKS!!!

1. We will ship your item / items through USPS ( United States Postal Service ). Typically you will see two choices so please pick what best serves your needs. Priority usually arrives in 2-3 business days with other options taking anywhere from 4-10 business days. Your item will be insured & you’ll be provided with delivery confirmation info. after your item ships. We have a FEDEX account too & can send larger packages with them quite reasonably. If the USPS seems high just ask for a quote at auction end.....we will be glad to make a comparison. FEDEX offers home delivery after 5pm. ***Please note that when a FLAT RATE shipping fee is offered we can’t ship to a PO Box. Also, Domestic Flat Rates apply only to the Continental U.S. (No Alaska or Hawaii)***
2. If your item is damaged in transit you must notify us within 36 hours of delivery. Keep all original packaging materials, box, & item. Do not throw anything away. We will be very happy to work with you through the claim process. In over 10 years we have had only two items ever reported damaged & that was due to carrier abuse.
3. We accept electronic payments through PayPal. Items are shipped within two business days of completed payment (often cases sooner)We also accept Personal Checks. Items will be shipped once Check Has Cleared our Bank
4. ALL SALES ARE FINAL...unless we have grossly misrepresented an item. We describe things to the best of our ability & take many pictures (sometimes videos) to represent wares appropriately. We pride ourselves on our level of honesty & integrity. Refunds will never be granted due to buyer remorse & will exclude shipping fees.
5. We are always willing to arrange LOCAL PICK-UP for buyers in our area. Just ask! Items must be paid for & picked up within seven days of purchase unless prior arrangements are made. No storage fees ever!
6. We can’t control courier transit times! Priority mail usually takes 2-3 days to arrive but is not guaranteed by the United States Postal Service. When you select Parcel Post, Media Mail, etc., these services can take up to 10 business days & sometimes longer. They are less costly because they are not as timely. PLEASE DO NOT FAULT US FOR LENGTH OF TIME AN ITEM IS IN TRANSIT! Thanks!!!

Please remember that when purchasing vintage or antique goods that these items are used and/or previously enjoyed. Do not expect them to come to you in “like new” condition unless that is stated in item description. Anything 20 years or older qualifies as vintage. Items ranging from 40 years & older can often qualify as antique.

LIGHTING LAMPS and VINTAGE FIXTURES..... When purchasing vintage lamps, fixtures, etc. look over the pictures carefully! What is pictured is what you will get. Often, especially older fixtures, DO NOT come with original hardware (i.e. screws, brackets, washers, nuts, etc) so unless it is pictured or specifically noted do not expect any. You can take your vintage items to any hardware or specialty lighting store...even access some on the net...to find hardware & such that will fit & blend nicely with the item. There is a great deal of vintage inspired items on the market. Sometimes we re-wire lamps & when we do it will state that in the description. We make no warranties of any kind regarding vintage electrical items whether it be lighting or something else. If a lamp works there will be a picture showing you it works. Sometimes we can test & show that a fixture will work but wiring etc. is up to you. If you have a question about any auction please ask before you bid. All sales are final on lamps, fixtures, shades, etc.

On the sale of any electrical or battery powered items there are no warranties implied or otherwise. Sometimes we can add a video showing the item in action.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS....Although we are pleased to accept business worldwide please do not ask us to mark your purchases as gifts on US customs forms. WE WILL NOT DO THIS! All International purchases will be shipped through The US Postal Service only, no exceptions! Insurance is included with Priority Mail International shipping. Packages shipped Priority Flat-Rate or First Class Mail International are not insurable. We are not responsible for any International packages once we have shipped them. We keep accurate records of when items are mailed to prove they are sent out when promised. We are not responsible should your Customs agency hold a package. We are also not responsible for how long a package takes to arrive. Be sure you are providing the correct address. Thank you in advance for your understanding & cooperation!
